so that I could grow into A fit body is the result of a fit mind.  I needed a fit body to  Therefore I began to Cultiv8 mines.

The multiple inflammatory diseases, infections, surgeries, bone sprains, and bone fractures resulting from over 30 years of obesity culitv8ed stress, anxiety, depression, headaches/migraines, an unfocused/Foggy Brain, moodiness, anger/aggression, negative attitudes/thoughts, lethargy, inflammation/insomnia, frayed nerves, and exhaustion from being a trauma-centered, debt-ridden, college educated single parent living a 400lb. life in one of the largest urban cities in America, Los Angeles, California, led to the a mental health breakdown causing a major life-expanding paradigm shift.
